Community members are invited to join a procession on Tuesday for Ryan Cutter, a Summit Park resident who died on Sept. 20 while fighting the Dome Fire in Yosemite National Park.
Cutter is being flown back to Utah Tuesday, and friend of the family Cait Francis wrote on Nextdoor that those interested in supporting his wife, Nina, can welcome them back to their home in Summit Park by standing on Parkview anywhere between Maple and Crestview Drive, as well as near the procession’s destination by Parkview and Crestview Drive.
“They will be driving into the neighborhood, turning right at stop sign by gas station onto Aspen Dr and then the first left onto Parkview Dr taking Parkview Dr to Crestview Dr.,” Francis wrote.
The procession is expected to arrive between 1:15 p.m. and 1:45 p.m., Francis said.
