Park City Library Seeks Artists

Park City Library seeks visual artists for its exhibits program. Exhibits display for three months and can be a solo or a shared show. Beginning and professional artists are encouraged to apply. Glenwood Cemetery Tours

The Park City Museum’s Historic Glenwood Cemetery Tours, start at 10:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays through Sept. 17, and Saturday, Sept. 5. The tours, which are appropriate for ages 13 and older, are also offered 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 14. Cost is $15 per person and groups meet at the cemetery gates, located at 401 Silver King Drive. Each group, which can accommodate up to 15 people, will learn about the people interred in the cemetery. Water, sunscreen, hats and comfortable walking shoes are recommended. I Love the ’90s Concert Moves to the Eccles Center

Park City Performing Arts Concerts is moving Friday’s I Love the ’90s concert, featuring Vanilla Ice, C&C Music Factory and Color Me Badd, to the Eccles Center for the Performing Arts, 1750 Kearns Blvd. The show starts at 7 p.m. and Park City Performing Arts continues its “Love Our Community” campaign that offers adult tickets for $25 and kids tickets for $15. Miners Day Used Book Sale

Friends of the Park City LIbrary’s annual Miners Day used book sale will run Sunday, Sept. 5, and Monday, Sept. 6, at the Park City Library, 1255 Park Ave. Friends of the Park City Library members will be admitted for a two-hour, pre-sale preview at 8 a.m. on Sunday, before doors open to the general public from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Memberships can be purchased at the door or at tinyurl.com/3xcm77v8 prior to the sale. The Monday sale will run from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Monday, and there will be a tote-bag happy hour from 2-4 p.m. where shoppers will be able to fill a provided bag for $15.
