Dendric Estate celebrates the first anniversary of its flagship cider, Dry Cut, with the release of a new 1.5 liter Magnum bottle.
“From the beginning, we’ve wanted people to think about cider the same way they think about great wine,” said Dendric Estate Founder Brendan Coyle. “Large-format bottles have always been part of that culture of sharing with an eye-catching center piece.”
Since the launch of Dry Cut in July 2025, Dendric Estate, which is based in Kamas, has expanded distribution to dozens of bars, restaurants, hotels, and resorts throughout the Park City and Salt Lake City markets, as well as southern markets including St. George, the greater Zion area, and Moab. The 375ml half bottle size was introduced to Utah state liquor stores recently, making Dry Cut more accessible across the state.
Over the past year, Dendric Estate has also partnered with many of Utah’s top bartenders and mixologists to develop cocktails featuring Dry Cut. The cidery participated in the Park City Wine Festival and Savor the Summit, and supported Utah nonprofit organizations including Kimball Art Center, Summit County Arts Council, Summit Land Conservancy and Recycle Utah.
This first anniversary marks the completion of Dendric Estate’s inaugural estate harvest in 2025, harvesting fruit from eight cider-specific varietals with support from the Kamas Valley Gardening Club. More than 3,300 additional cider apple trees were planted in 2026, expanding the estate orchard to more than six acres of trellised orchard. Thousands of guests visited the estate through the bottle shop, where guests experienced the production facility and strolled the orchard.

Looking ahead, Dry Cut’s footprint will continue to expand throughout Utah. A new direct-to-consumer webstore will soon allow customers in multiple states to order cider directly from the estate, including Dendric Estate’s second cider which will be introduced later in 2026. Plans for a future public tasting room are underway, along with new private on-site experiences, tastings and special events.
“Releasing our Magnum as we celebrate Dry Cut’s first anniversary feels like the perfect way to thank everyone who has supported us this past year,” Coyle said. “Whether it’s a long dinner with friends, or a summer cookout with family, our Dry Cut Magnum extends the invite with room for a few more friends.”
Dry Cut is now available in magnum (1.5L), standard (750ml) and half (375ml) bottle formats at Dendric Estate’s on-site bottle shop, open Fridays and Saturdays from noon–5 p.m. The Magnum retails for $44.95, and will be available in limited quantities, with additional bottlings planned throughout the year. All formats are available by the bottle or by the case. Updates on new locations will be shared at @dendricestate on Instagram and via their e-newsletter.
