Savor the Summit, Park City’s largest outdoor dinner party, returns on Saturday, June 27, to take over Main Street.
Nearly 20 participating restaurants of the Park City Area Restaurant Association will set up tables along the street for an evening of food, craft cocktails and live music, an annual tradition that marks the start of the summer season.
“Savor the Summit is a unique occasion to gather at one communal table to share a meal in support of our local restaurants,” said the association’s executive director, Ginger Wicks. “The community’s enthusiasm for this annual tradition fills historic Main Street with a palpable energy, and we can’t wait to feel that special summer-in-the-mountains vibe together.”
Dinner guests of Savor the Summit must make their reservations directly with a participating restaurant. This year’s restaurants to date include:
- Bangkok Thai on Main
- Café Terigo
- Courchevel Bistro
- Deer Valley Resort
- Don Gallo
- Eating Establishment
- Firewood on Main
- Flanagan’s Irish Pub & Restaurant
- Fletcher’s
- KANEO
- Le Depot Brasserie

Guests over 21 can also visit the High West Spirit Garden from 5-10 p.m., no ticket necessary, to purchase the distillery’s craft cocktails, beer or wine, with a full evening of live entertainment planned.
