Ann Griffith MacQuoid, a beloved Park City leader and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, mentor and friend, passed away peacefully at her home on February 2, 2026, at the age of 82, following a courageous and largely private battle with autoimmune disease.
A Celebration of Life honoring Ann will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at the Park Meadows Country Club in Park City, Utah. All who knew and loved her are warmly invited to attend and share memories as we celebrate her remarkable life. To celebrate her legacy, we encourage you to wear colors and Park City Spring attire. Ann lived with a spirit of curiosity, independence, and deep connection to others. A longtime Park City resident, she and her husband of 53 years, Mac, moved from Southern California in 1979 and built a life centered on family, purpose, and community.
She became deeply involved in the civic and cultural life of Park City, helping guide the town through a period of growth and change. Through public service, nonprofit leadership, and quiet advocacy, Ann brought people together and helped turn ideas into action. She served on the Park City Council and remained a dedicated supporter of the arts and local organizations that enriched the community. Ann was most known for her successful career as a Park City Realtor, during which she received many professional accolades, and developed deep friendships with her colleagues and clients.
Ann was known for her ability to connect people, champion good ideas, and move projects forward with grace and determination. Generous with her time and encouragement, she made a lasting impact on those around her and on the community she loved.
Above all, Ann’s greatest joy was her family. She was a loving wife, proud mother, and adoring grandmother whose warmth, humor, and steady presence created a lasting foundation of love.
She will be remembered for her elegance, strength, and kindness, and for the way she made others feel seen and valued. Her legacy lives on in her family and in the spirit of the community she helped shape. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
