She will look at demographic shifts, workforce needs and industry diversification, and review the strategic choices leaders must make to keep Utah competitive and livable. Her presentation will give attendees a clear-eyed view of the challenges and opportunities ahead.
A highlight for many will be the lunchtime panel focused on the 2034 Olympic Games, featuring perspectives from observers and athletes who participated in the Milano Cortina Winter Olympic Games. Their insights on infrastructure demands, community connections, economic multipliers, and workforce requirements will help Park City and Utah plan thoughtfully for 2034 and create a lasting legacy.
The program offers nine breakout sessions around three themes designed to help business owners thrive: “Building Business Resilience,” “Tourism and Product Development” and “Workforce and Workforce Development.” Topics range from managing in uncertain economic conditions and creating year-round tourism and agritourism products to rethinking talent pipelines and fostering healthy, multi-generational teams.
These practical workshops are filled with actionable takeaways that participants can apply right away.
