The remodel mirrors the heart of a team that’s long been known for its genuine service—staff who greet you like friends, remember your favorite après-ski cocktail, and treat every guest as though they were a local. “Even though it’s a four-star property, the service is much higher—five-star service,” continues Savarie. “All of our employees go through the same Forbes training. But more than that, it’s about connection. We want it to feel like home.”
