The overall goal here that we were looking at internally was meeting the county’s obligations to reduce congestion in certain areas and improve traffic flows.
What about resort and lodging responsibility, along with continuing inability of government officials over the years to address this issue?
This is not new and until rampant development is curbed, it will not be solved with new roads and traffic schemes.
