Park City Opera Returns to the Stage
Park City Opera will present two performances this weekend. The first, “In the Company of Animals,” is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Hailstone Event Center at Jordanelle State Park. This family-friendly concert will feature art songs about critters such as camels, nightingales, swans, owls and hummingbirds. Tickets are on sale at tinyurl.com/58jcm2vc. Summit County Libraries Closed Monday

Sound Bath at the Park City Library

Park City Farmer’s Market at Park City Mountain
The Park City Farmers Market runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Wednesday through October at Park City Mountain’s First Time chair lift lot. Kamas Valley Library Classic Film Club
The Summit County Library’s Kamas Valley Branch Classic Film Club will present a free screening of James Whale’s 1933 classic, “The Invisible Man,” at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 16. Claude Rains made his mark in this creepy classic as a mad scientist who is heard but not seen.
