Wake up, Park City voters! We have had builders and real estate agents on the City Council and as mayors for years and look at the mess Park City is in today!
I read the wonderful characterizations of one Ryan Dickey, who I am sure is a very nice man but who is a “top real estate agent” by his words and has a community association management company.
He has been on the City Council here for four years, and what has he accomplished but more so-called cheaply constructed affordable housing (checkout the awful building behind the Christian Center), unbearable traffic, water restrictions, too many events, too many surveys, etc.
Plus he is on the Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation Board, which if you haven’t looked at your bill there is a Park City franchise fee, so where does that money go to in the city?
Taxes and water have gone up because of the fulfillment of our mayors and city councils. Wake up because those of you who think we need more real estate people involved are always the first ones to complain.
Think hard because your vote for Mr. Dickey will leave a terrible legacy for future generations in this city, a disaster!
