The Park City Farmers Market runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Wednesday through October at Park City Mountain’s First Time chair lift lot. Embracing Aging Series at the Park City Library
Park City Library, 1255 Park Ave., will host Dr. Anne Asman, a gerontologist from the Huntsman Mental Health Institute Geriatric Psychiatry Clinic and the Huntsman Mental Health Institute Optimal Aging Program, at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18. Classic Film Club: ‘Shadow of a Doubt’ Screening
The Summit County Library Kamas Valley Branch’s Classic Film Club invites celluloid lovers to dig deep into the sinister underbelly of a California suburb with “Shadow of a Doubt” at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18, at the branch, 110 N. Park City Film Screenings
Park City Film will host a free screening of Matthew O’Neill’s “Can’t Look Away,” not rated, at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18, at the Park City Library’s Jim Santy Auditorium. It will also present a weekend screening of Mike Flanagan’s documentary, “Life of Chuck,” rated R, at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 19 and 20, and at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 21. “Can’t Look Away” is a documentary that exposes the dark side of social media and its devastating impact on young people, and “Life of Chuck,” which won the People’s Choice Ward at the 2024 Toronto Film Festival, celebrates the life of Charles “Chuck” Krantz as he experiences the wonder of love, the heartbreak of loss and the multitudes contained in all of us.
