This election season we are very lucky. We have perhaps the most well-qualified City Council aspirants in our history.
For me, one candidate clearly stands out. Park City Councilor Jeremy Rubell has distinguished himself as a thoughtful, diligent and effective leader.
Jeremy takes principled, well-thought-out stands. More than once, he has rightfully spoken out against yet more studies from yet more outside consultants. Quietly, and without political grandstanding, Jeremy can be counted on to voice wisdom, ask tough questions, understand long-term financial implications, hold City Hall staffers accountable, and render well-considered perspectives and votes.
Jeremy has the experience, kindness, integrity and hard-work ethic to continue to be a successful leader. He has earned our respect and gratitude.
