Park City never lacks for high-quality, driven individuals ready to tackle the demands of community leadership, and we’re proud to announce our results of our most recent Board of Directors elections.
Why are board elections important to you? The board sets policy for the chamber, which includes more than 1,000 area businesses at the heart of our economy.
Our community-wide partners entrust us to support economic stability, manage our $2.2 billion tourism sector sustainably, thereby enhancing our quality of life, and preserving our heritage and environment for future generations.
For board members, this demanding work requires time, study, insight, sensitivity, commitment and above all, a love of community. They’re clearly ready for it.
I’m delighted to announce them to you as they begin four-year terms this month:
Dan Bullert, Stein Eriksen Lodge. A Navy veteran, Dan started in hotel management decades ago at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. His passion for hospitality and his lead-by-example style cemented his outstanding reputation for service and results. He started Dishes for the Deployed in 2019 to help military families and has served on two local boards of directors. He believes in striking a sustainable balance between business and tourism, while also addressing the needs of workers.
Allison Diamond, Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation. A native New Englander, Allison is director of sales for the foundation and active in all three of their venues. With over a decade of experience at Utah Olympic Park, she has established excellent relationships across the local business and tourism sectors. She intends to enhance collaboration on environmental policy and sustainable growth as we prepare for the 2034 Games.
Emily Fisher, Youth Sports Alliance. Guiding the YSA since 2017 and a Park City resident since 1998, New Hampshire native Emily was a four-year member and a two-time captain of her college Nordic Ski Team before launching her career at US Ski & Snowboard and the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation. She is a Park City Leadership grad (Class 19) and board vice president of Park City Reads. On the chamber board, she will listen empathetically to all voices and foster collaboration.
Heleena Sideris, Park City Lodging. A Park City native, after college Heleena worked abroad in sustainability and education before returning to aid local nonprofits, such as Swaner and Summit Land Conservancy. She is on the boards of Recycle Utah, Swaner and Utah Open Lands. She joined the Park City Lodging family business in 2015. Heleena plans to work for community-wide success on the chamber board, focusing on environmental sustainability and resources for underserved populations.
Joel Zarrow, Park City Community Foundation. President and CEO of the Community Foundation, Joel has an extensive background with community-based organizations, most recently as CEO of the Children’s Literacy Initiative, a national nonprofit. He earned a doctorate at Stanford and advocates for a vibrant four-season economy and a business community rooted in collaboration, sustainability, and year-round prosperity.
As they begin their board service, I am excited to welcome these new voices to our already highly accomplished group.

I look forward to saluting all incoming and outgoing board members at our Aug. 28 Annual Meeting breakfast at Pendry Park City, when we celebrate the past year and anticipate the future. It’s a morning our chamber partners will not want to miss!
