The Park City Historic Preservation Board on Wednesday evening approved a plan to reconstruct the decrepit Centennial House on upper Main Street.
The vote was unanimous and followed weeks of talks about the high-profile location, the terrible state of disrepair of the building and the amount of historic materials that may be salvaged and used in the project.
The Centennial House team said afterward work could start as early as the fall.
