On Thursday nights during the summer months, The Pool House offers a chef’s dinner dining series for up to 25 people, complete with kid-friendly offerings.
Pendry rooftop dining at The Pool House, open year-round to the public, perfectly blends warmer weather, breezy fun, and family-friendly vibes with stunning views. With thoughtfully prepared dishes that cater to various tastes, adults can enjoy more gourmet options, such as fresh poke bowls, while kids snack on a menu of chicken fingers and grilled cheese sandwiches. And everyone can agree on tater tot nachos!
“A DJ will be at The Pool House on the weekends throughout the summer,” explains Chris Lawing, director of sales and marketing.
Grand Hyatt Deer Valley

This summer, a frozen chocolate drink will be offered in addition to hot chocolate.
Grand Hyatt’s in-house restaurant, Remington Hall, offers menu items such as wagyu pigs in a blanket and lobster rolls. Families will love the spacious dining areas, which also feature patio dining by the pool. For families with a sweet tooth, Grand Hyatt’s High Chocolate hosted in the hotel’s Living Room is a must-try experience. Perfect for kids and adults alike, this unique twist on the classic high tea serves an array of decadent chocolate treats paired with rich drinking chocolate served with warm cream. Reservations are required.
“We offer a lot of shareable items, our food concept is American classics with a refined twist,” says Chef Viktor Merenyi. “Our goal is to always maintain quality and consistency. We want guests to receive the same experience every time they come.”

Try the silver medal award-winning cheese, Vanilla Bean Cheddar, in your sandwich for a unique taste treat or put a slice on your apple pie.
Heber Valley Creamery
For a laid-back yet totally delicious outing, Heber Valley Creamery is a must-visit. Known for their artisanal cheeses, this charming dairy farm is a hit with the whole family. Serving up made-to-order grilled cheese sandwiches with your pick of cheese from their delicious cheese lineup and scoops of Aggie ice cream from Utah State University’s dairy labs, you can enjoy a taste of the farm and then see it too. Daily farm tours begin at 11 am, where you can watch the cow milking using robotics.
“We are excited to have people come and visit. We hope you come to get an experience that gives you a taste of agriculture while you are here,” says Russel Kohler, owner.
