Grand Hyatt Deer Valley

Grand Hyatt’s in-house restaurant, Remington Hall, offers menu items such as wagyu pigs in a blanket and lobster rolls. Families will love the spacious dining areas, which also feature patio dining by the pool. For families with a sweet tooth, Grand Hyatt’s High Chocolate hosted in the hotel’s Living Room is a must-try experience. Perfect for kids and adults alike, this unique twist on the classic high tea serves an array of decadent chocolate treats paired with rich drinking chocolate served with warm cream. Reservations are required.

“We offer a lot of shareable items, our food concept is American classics with a refined twist,” says Chef Viktor Merenyi. “Our goal is to always maintain quality and consistency. We want guests to receive the same experience every time they come.”

Heber Valley Creamery

For a laid-back yet totally delicious outing, Heber Valley Creamery is a must-visit. Known for their artisanal cheeses, this charming dairy farm is a hit with the whole family. Serving up made-to-order grilled cheese sandwiches with your pick of cheese from their delicious cheese lineup and scoops of Aggie ice cream from Utah State University’s dairy labs, you can enjoy a taste of the farm and then see it too. Daily farm tours begin at 11 am, where you can watch the cow milking using robotics.

“We are excited to have people come and visit. We hope you come to get an experience that gives you a taste of agriculture while you are here,” says Russel Kohler, owner.
