Park City is an outdoor enthusiast’s mecca. No question, skiing put you on destination’s map — but biking, hiking, animal viewings add to year-round pleasure. Amazingly, often not applauded is Park City’s treasure trove of 5 star restaurants.
My husband and I luckily stumbled on to one of your diamond jewels, The Edge, located in the Westgate Ski Lodge. We were greeted by Matthew Brewster, a native of Park City, who shared with us his childhood journey of watching the ski areas and town develop into the world-class Olympics draw.
Mr. Brewster is now managing the pinnacle of gourmet dining at The Edge. We have eaten with some of the best world chefs in Europe, Asia, and the Americas but Chef Evand Grotec and Chef Wayne Christian at The Edge stand with and maybe even above them all.
Greg Olson, our server, was fully knowledgeable of the food choices, friendly and concerned that our experience be delightful.
