The various bills discussed in the Feb. 3 edition together demonstrate a tilt to the right, a denial of local government and a blow to democracy.
Taken together, they reinforce the national trend to corporate oligarchy. The next two generations will pay the price as the Salt Lake shrinks, air pollution intensifies and power and energy bills shyrocket.
But the execs at the top will enrich themselves and continue to distract and deflect with bogus cultural divisions fanned by faux news.
