Never underestimate the power of prayer and shoe leather. The majority is silent no more. America’s champion, Donald Trump, has returned to the White House. And managed decline and Obama’s misguided vision to fundamentally change America is over.
Recently, my wife and I attended America Fest in Phoenix, Arizona, and continued on with a cross country trip to Okeechobee, Florida, in our Sprinter van. At a highway rest area, a woman seeing my ever-present MAGA hat said, “He was an answer to our prayers.”
Throughout this successful campaign, I have encountered hundreds of Americans who told me that they were praying for President Trump and understood that another term of Joe or Kamala would be the end of our constitutional republic.
The strategy of victory for the legitimate 2024 landslide election was to involve low-propensity voters by chasing ballots in swing states. I knocked on doors in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Glendale, Arizona, encouraging patriots to send in their ballots. Numerous patriots expressed their belief that the Butler would-be assassination’s bullet infinitesimally missed its mark due to divine intervention.
Other examples of divine providence in American history, as revealed by the search engine Brave:
- Siege of Yorktown.
- French Support for the Revolution.
- Discovery of Benedict Arnold’s Treason.
- Drafting of the Declaration of Independence.
- Battle of Long Island, also known as the Battle of Brooklyn.
- George Washington’s survival unscathed from numerous volleys of musket fire.
- Crossing the Delaware, defeating the Hessian mercenaries on Christmas Eve.
In 1778, General Washington wrote, “The hand of providence has been so conspicuous in all this, that he must be worse than an infidel that lacks faith, and more than wicked, that has not gratitude enough to acknowledge his obligations.”
I understand that some are not yet on the Trump train. I encourage sufferers of Trump Derangement Syndrome, RINOs and pearl-clutchers to consider that servants of God are often “broken vessels.” Simon Peter denied Jesus. Jesus challenged him to “feed my sheep …” after the resurrection. Peter boldly preached and proclaimed Jesus to 3,000 believers.
Moreover, Sen. Mike Lee reminded us that selecting the president is not the same as choosing your stake president. An effective leader on the global stage has to be tough and somewhat rough around the edges.
Joe Biden was the puppet of many masters. One of the America Fest presenters suggested that the four years of the de facto Obama third term was akin to Moses wandering in the dessert.
Suffering is not the Lord’s punishment. In Romans 8:16-17 — The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God. And if children, then heirs — heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.
May God continue to bless the USA and may all Americans be forever grateful and deserving of His grace.
