Park City Farmers Market
The Park City Farmers Market runs from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. every Wednesday throughout the summer at Park City Mountain‘s First Time chair lift parking lot. Admission is free. The Park City Farmers Market, which has been running for 21 years under Volker Ritzinger, features fresh, non-GMO produce, local meats and other local offerings. Deer Valley Music Festival Continues
Utah Symphony | Utah Opera‘s Deer Valley Music Festival continues with a free pop-up Art Pianos for All performance with violinist John Posadas and pianist Cahill Smith at 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, at Summit County Library Kimball Junction Branch, 1885 W. Ute Blvd. Other performances include Tchaikovsky’s “1812” Overture at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, July 26, and Tower of Power at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 27, at the Snow Park Amphitheater, 2250 Deer Valley Drive. Dr. Bob at Miners Park
Jeffrey Howrey of Dr. Bob will give a free performance at 6 p.m. on Friday, July 26, at Miners Park on Main Street. Dr. Bob is one of Park City’s pioneering rock bands, and Howery has been the lead singer, guitarist and main lyricist since its inception in 1982. For information, visit drbobjdh.com.
Miners 9 Exhibit at the Miners Hospital
Miners 9, a group of artists based in the Wasatch Back, continues its monthly exhibit from 2-7 p.m. on Friday, July 26, noon-7 p.m. on Saturday, July 27, and Sunday, July 28, at Miners Hospital, 1354 Park Ave. The public can interact with the artists, who create an array of paintings, wood sculpture and assemblages. Admission is free.
Park City Chamber Music Festival
Park City Chamber Music Society’s 2024 Chamber Music Festival continues at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 27, and 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, at the Park City Community Church, 4501 N. S.R. 224, with music by Brahms and Fauré. Musicians will include pianist Christopher O’Riley, cellist Matt Haimovitz and clarinetist Russell Harlow, who is the festival’s director.
