Ritual Chocolate has released its Alpine Gin Juniper Lavender Chocolate Bar. A tasting experience for guests will be held at the Park City Social Aid and Pleasure Club, located at 364 Main Street in Park City, on Saturday, April 13, from 4:30-7 p.m.
“We are so excited to offer our latest release of our Alpine Gin Juniper Lavender Chocolate Bar,” says Ritual Chocolate Co-Founder Anna Seear. “Our high-quality cacao, paired with the unique flavor profile of Alpine Distilling’s gin, offers a refreshing, elevated chocolate experience, and we can’t wait to share this special collaboration with our enthusiastic patrons.”
The event will include a brief speaker presentation at 6:30 p.m.
The limited-edition chocolate bar is made from Ritual Chocolate’s Mid Mountain Blend of cacao, juniper berries, lavender and Alpine Distilling’s award-winning, barrel-aged gin.
Ingredients were aged together for six months in a gin barrel to bring out every bit of delicate botanical notes, resulting in a flavor profile of juniper, lavender, cardamom and orange peel.
This new bar will be available to the public starting on Monday, April 15.
