I am certainly in favor of the Princes building a single personal residence for themselves. I am the previous owner of those homes and I had been telling the City Council for years that this property will probably get redeveloped as a larger single home.
I built those homes and only the larger home was ever rented. Park City Lodging, Rhonda Sideris, was the only company that ever managed them. They were never marketed as “party houses.” PCL is a top quality property management company with 40 years in Park Cty. The rental house has five bedrooms and sleeps 14 max, often rented by two or three families.
The Sweeney family developed the Treasure Hill subdivision. Since Pat Sweeney is in approval of this proposed change, the city should approve it.
