The South Summit boy’s basketball squad kicks off their 2023-24 season Tuesday night against the Delta Rabbits. This game will also be at home for the Wildcats, who should have relatively-high expectations, following a successful 11-10 2022-23 campaign. Players to look out for for South Summit include Logan Woolstenhulme and Gage Mckee, who are both returning from strong seasons on that previous team. Woolstenhulme averaged 16.4 points-per-game and 8.7 rebounds-per-game last season, while Mckee went 11.7 and 8.5, respectively. Following this one, the Wildcats will take time off for the holiday, before facing off against American Heritage next Monday, also at home.
