2023 Snowglobe Stroll
The Historic Park City Alliance will present its 2023 Snowglobe Stroll from Wednesday, Nov. 22, through Friday, Jan. 5, on Main Street. The sidewalks will be adorned with seven life-size snow globes, decorated as holiday-song themes — including “Last Christmas,” “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,” “Frosty the Snowman,” “Winter Wonderland,” “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” “Let It Snow” and “Happy Holiday.” Other seasonal attractions will include Santa’s Mailbox, the Main Street Christmas Tree and a menorah. Lululemon Turkey Trot 2023
Lululemon Park City will host a 5K Turkey Trot at 9 a.m. on Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 23, at Matt Knoop Memorial Park, 4056 Shadow Mountain Drive. This untimed and free event is for the whole family and will be held on a stroller-friendly course. Turkey costumes are encouraged, and Lululemon asks for trotters to bring a nonperishable good to donate to the Christian Center of Park City. 7th Annual Tree Lighting and Fireworks at Canyons
The holidays in Park City on Friday, Nov. 24, with the 7th annual tree lighting ceremony and fireworks at Canyons Village at Park City Mountain. The afternoon starts at 3 p.m. with live music at 4 p.m. and photos with Santa from 4:30-5:45 p.m. The tree lighting is scheduled for 5:45 p.m. and the fireworks will start around 5:50 p.m. For information, visit cvma.com/events.
Black Friday Gallery Stroll
The Park City Gallery Association will host a free Black Friday Gallery Stroll from 6-9 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 24. More than 19 galleries, located on and off Main Street, will open their doors for artist receptions, exhibit openings, demonstrations and refreshments. The Barbara Bash Returns
Locally-based women named Barbara are invited to celebrate St. Barbara’s birthday during a gathering at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2, at Windy Ridge Cafe, 1250 Iron Horse Drive.
