The Miners combined swimming team won their first home meet of the season Monday afternoon against the Murray Spartans. The girl’s team carried the day, winning their individual meet, while the boy’s team struggled a bit more and fell to the in-region Spartans. This looks to be a statement win for Park City, as they vanquished a Murray squad that Miners Head Coach Gadi Shamah believes will be contending down the stretch for a state title.
