I had the privilege of getting to know Bob Sertner during the COVID-19 vaccine clinic at the Film Studio. Bob, and his whole family, devoted a significant amount of volunteer time to help vaccinate Summit County. During every shift at the clinic, Bob took the time to get to know the other volunteers working alongside him. He fully immersed himself into one of the most important events in Park City history (the vaccine clinic), and showed his love of and respect for this community.
Bob was curious about what makes Park City tick and who the people are that have made this small town so great. He was there, even before he was running for office, because he believes in our community and what we can become when we work together. And Bob wanted to contribute, in any way that he could, to that.
I know that Bob will bring this same curiosity, enthusiasm and love for his community to the Park City Council. He will also bring some fresh perspectives, but from someone who has seen Park City’s transformation over the decades.
Bob Sertner showed me that he is all in to help make Park City the community and home we all know is possible.
