The annual Howl-O-Ween on Main Street, hosted by the Historic Park City Alliance, returns on Tuesday, Oct. 31, from 3 to 6 p.m.

Road closures: From 2-6:30 p.m., parking and vehicles will be removed from Main Street and Heber Avenue, from the top of Main Street to 9th Street. Swede Alley will be one-way to vehicles (north-bound travel only).
Free parking: Richardson Flat Park-and-Ride, free parking with free transit; Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resort, free parking with free transit to/from Old Town; Park City School District (Kearns Boulevard free parking after 4 p.m. with free transit to/from Old Town.
Paid parking: China Bridge Parking Structure, $15/vehicle from 2-6 p.m. with entry from Marsac Avenue only. Beginning at 2 p.m. vehicles exiting China Bridge on Swede Alley may only turn right (north). Private parking lots are available throughout Old Town, with varying regulations, pay structures, and costs.
Business, Carpool, and Employee Permit Holders: Pass holders can park in North Marsac (access via Marsac Avenue), Flagpole Lot, or the Gateway Center upper lot (access via Heber Avenue). Parking is available in China Bridge if North Marsac and Gateway are full.
Drop-and-load and taxi staging area will be available in the South Marsac Lot beginning at 2 p.m.
