Mayor Nann Worel at a recent Park City Council meeting administered the oaths of office to two new Park City Police Department captains. Rob McKinney, left, and Darwin Little were previously lieutenants in the agency. The captain’s rank is second in the Police Department, trailing only the chief of police. Little is the captain of the investigations and special operations sections and his assignments include overseeing detectives, the evidence technician and the Police Department’s involvement in certain task forces. McKinney is the captain of the patrol operations and administrative functions, overseeing patrol officers and sergeants, the school resource officer and records.
