On Monday, December 5, 2022, Rod Bradshaw passed away suddenly. He was a loving husband to his wife Hillary, devoted to his 3 children, Marcus, Kyle and Nina and his beloved brother Doug. To all who knew him, he was a selfless man who did anything he could for the people around him. His humor was undeniably contagious.
One of his favorite places to be was in the kitchen making his famous steak, grandma rice and grandpa toast. His passions were fishing with his boys, cooking, and spending time with family. He was a fantastic skier and golfer.
Prior to moving to Park City 22 years ago he traveled extensively, teaching skiing for many years in Kitzbuhel, Austria and Australia.
Rod, his brother Doug, and friend Paul biked from coast to coast starting in Newport Beach, California all the way to Newport, Rhode Island. This was one of the highlights of his life as he loved to tell stories about it.
Rod excelled in real estate sales for many years and has been instrumental in the highly successful development of Deer Vista.
His family is beyond grateful for the outpouring of support from his friends and the community and thanks everyone for their offers of help, cards, food, flowers, and condolences. We are all heartbroken by his passing.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that in his memory you do random acts of kindness, as he always loved to do.
A celebration of Rod’s life will be held in January with details to follow shortly.
He is survived by his wife Hillary, three children, Marcus, Kyle and Nina, brothers Doug (Stephanie), Craig (Sandy), and niece and nephew Chase and Casey.
