I am writing to voice my support of Canice Harte for Summit County Council. I became acquainted with Canice in 2019 when he began serving on the the Friends of Summit County Search and Rescue (FSCSAR) board. Since that time, I have spent countless hours with Canice in that capacity and in his capacity as a dedicated member of Summit County Search and Rescue. Canice’s energy and passion to serve is apparent from the hours of service he has given responding to those in need of assistance and working with FSCSAR to support the team and its needs. He not only works administratively, but he is also willing to take a “hands on” approach to accomplish a task. Canice truly cares about all areas of our county, its residents, workers, visitors, and future. Please join me in electing Canice to the Summit County Council.
