The Park City Police Department last week received at least two reports from people worried about dogs being left by their owners.

On Tuesday, May 9, a dog was reportedly seen stuck under a gazebo off Kearns Boulevard at 6:27 p.m. The animal was not in danger, the police said. The Police Department indicated the dog’s leash became caught, leading to the situation under the gazebo.

On Wednesday, May 10, meanwhile, a dog was reported to have been left locked in a vehicle on Gold Dust Lane at 1:08 p.m. The vehicle, reported to be BMW, was in a parking lot, the police said. Public police logs did not provide details.
