The Park City Chamber/Bureau doesn’t want to rest on its laurels.
To that end, it is asking members to provide feedback on its services through an online survey.
Craig McCarthy, vice president of member services for the Chamber/Bureau, said the survey is an important tool for the Chamber/Bureau to identify areas in which it can improve and provide the best services for its members.
“We do this every year — and it’s for members only, not the community — to get some feedback,” McCarthy said. “We want to provide programs and benefits that are meaningful to them. We want to find out what else we can be doing to help them out.”
Ensuring its doing everything it can for members is a primary tenet of the Chamber/Bureau. After all, McCarthy said, it wouldn’t exist without members.
“We’re a membership-based organization,” he said. “So it’s very significant for us to make sure we’re doing our best. We’re here for the members — our bosses are the members — so we want to be sure we know how we’re doing for them.”
A link to the survey was emailed to members this week and will be available to fill out until April 13. According to the email, the survey takes five to 10 minutes, and members who complete it will be entered into a drawing for four pairs of tickets to the Chamber/Bureau annual meeting and luncheon July 15.
