Park City Mountain Resort has switched to its late-season schedule. The resort will be open 1-6 p.m. Sunday to Friday and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday. Crescent Lift will be closed Monday-Thursday and Town Lift will be closed Monday-Friday. CANYONS RESORT
Canyons Resort is now operating on its late-season schedule. The resort will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday through Sunday and will be closed Monday-Wednesday. UTAH OLYMPIC PARK
Fall activities at the Utah Olympic Park will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. until Oct. 26. The summer bobsled rides, extreme and freestyle Ziplines, and Alpine Slide will be open on those days. Museum tours are still available every day of the week. BASIN RECREATION
Basin Recreation reports that construction is underway on a paved trail from Kimball Junction to Jeremy Ranch Elementary School along Rasmussen Road. A paved trail from Gorgoza Tubing Park to Summit Park is also in the design phase with the hope for construction to begin this summer. All of Basin Recreation’s unpaved trails are ready to go. WASATCH-CACHE NATIONAL FOREST
The Kamas Ranger District maintains trails and campgrounds in the Uinta Mountains east of Kamas. The Mirror Lake Highway is still open, along with the following campgrounds: Mirror Lake (Horsemen’s Loop only), Washington Lake, Shady Dell, Lower Provo, Shingle Creek and Yellow Pine. The campgrounds at Smith and Morehouse and Ledge Fork, both in the Weber River drainage, are also still open. A recreational pass to use the forest is $6 for 1-3 days or $12 per week.
