The future of the commercial units at the Marriott Summit Watch on lower Main Street appear to still be in limbo.
Last year, LNR Partners of Florida foreclosed on the previous owners, Thompson National Properties.
The commercial units include current tenants Destination Sports; CODA Gallery; Mustang; Reyes Adobe; Atticus Coffee, Books & Teahouse and others.
After the foreclosure, the units were placed in receivership and managed by Scott Bennion with Commercial Real Estate Solutions.
In late February, the deed to the units was transferred to LNR Partners, making them the sole owners. Bennion continues to oversee the property, but did not respond to requests for an interview.
Business on lower Main Street is continuing as usual, but LNR Properties has not listed the units for sale. It is unclear whether the firm is seeking a buyer. The company was contacted for comment but did not respond.
