The leader of the Historic Park City Alliance, the group that represents the interests of the Main Street commercial core, filed paperwork on Monday to be a candidate to succeed the late Candy Erickson on the Park City Council.
Andy Beerman lives in Old Town. He is one of the operators of the Treasure Mountain Inn on Main Street.
He is the first person to file the paperwork. The application window closes at 5 p.m. on April 11.
