At least two of the Bansky graffiti pieces on Main Street that date to the 2010 Sundance Film Festival were vandalized with stickers sometime recently.
The stickers remained on the pieces Friday morning, but it was not clear when they were put on.
The Banksy rat wearing 3-D glasses, painted on a cement planter box on Main Street, had two stickers on the frame protecting the piece. One advertises a company that makes bicycles and apparel. The other advertises an online art seller.
Meanwhile, a sticker from the bicycle and apparel company was put onto the Banksy piece of a videographer on the Java Cow building.
