People who live in Old Town and park on the street should have applied for their annual parking permits by now.
The old ones expired on Nov. 15. People who do not obtain a permit risk getting a ticket of they park on the street.
The person whose truck was recently seen parked in Old Town is a veteran of the permitting system, having collected seven of the stickers over the years, including a current one.
Applications are available on City Hall’s Web site, www.parkcity.org. Once at the site, choose the ‘Government’ menu, choose ‘City Departments" and then ‘Parking.’ Once at the ‘Parking’ page, select ‘Parking Permit Applications" and then choose "Residential Permit Application."
