The Little Kate Road-Lucky John Drive intersection is closed this week as workers build a sidewalk. A sidewalk will be built on the north side of Little Kate Road from Holiday Ranch Loop Road to Lucky John Drive. Meanwhile, a second stretch of sidewalk, on Lucky John Drive between the Little Kate Road intersection and the school drop-off zone, will be built as well. The Little Kate Road-Monitor Drive intersection will be closed intermittently between Sept. 9 and Sept. 22 for the work. The intersections will also be redesigned to make them safer for pedestrians and bicyclists. Funds from a voter-authorized bond are being used for the work.
