The president and chief executive officer and senior vice president at Park City-based American Skiing Company have resigned their posts.
B.J. Fair was CEO and Foster A. Stewart Jr. general counsel and senior vice president of American Skiing Company. The men resigned Aug. 31.
Fair also resigned from his position on the board of directors for American Skiing Co., according to a Securities and Exchange Commission document filed Sept. 5.
Fair was in charge of American Skiing Co. — a publicly traded company — when its ski resorts were liquidated over the past few years. The company began to dissolve in 2007.
