Park City officials and the Savor the Summit organizers plan to close Main Street to traffic Friday afternoon.
The closure starts at 2 p.m. The parking at the Main Street post office will be closed at 10 a.m.
The Savor the Summit food festival is scheduled from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday. A row of dining tables will be placed on Main Street, and some restaurants will serve people at the tables.
City Hall expects Main Street will reopen to traffic by 11 p.m.
