Local children and their parents were able to spend up to $150 Saturday morning, Dec. 3, 2016, as they shopped around Walmart in Kimball Junction with member of the Park City and Summit County police departments. A memorial service was held in front of the Miner’s Hospital at City Park Sunday morning, Sept. 11, 2016, to honor the 15-year anniversary of the attacks on US soil. The Park City Police and Fire Departments led a processional down Park Ave. as they carried the American flag, followed by a group of locals and firetrucks, ambulances and police vehicles.
