Gracie’s Farm Dinner Series

Gracie’s Farm at The Lodge at Blue Sky is a working farm and immersive culinary destination, acting as the agricultural heart of the Blue Sky ecosystem by focusing on regenerative agriculture and elevated mountain hospitality. The farm is dedicated to restoring soil health while producing seasonal, nutrient-rich crops through intentional land stewardship.
This summer, Gracie’s Farm will continue its Farm Dinner Series with a collection of seasonal, chef-led, family-style experiences centered around the best harvests of locally sourced ingredients.

Deer Valley Fire & Flavor Festival
Saturdays and Sundays from July 11-August 9
Celebrate the art of live-fire cooking at Silver Lake, where acclaimed chefs demonstrate live-fire cooking every Saturday and Sunday from July 11 through August 9, 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Each weekend features a different culinary style, from open-fire seafood to regional BBQ, alongside craft pours from local Utah breweries and live music. The weekend experience also includes Chef Peter Menteer’s 8-foot paella with local meats and seafood and Chef Sam Phelan’s plank salmon cooked over open fire pits.
Admission is free with lift access. Food and beverage are available à la carte, with $25 entrée plates.
Deer Valley Creative Academy
July 11-August 30
Deer Valley Creative Academy allows attendees to engage their senses during culinary and beverage classes led by industry professionals and local artisans. From wine pairings and cocktail crafting to hands-on cooking, each curated experience is designed to inspire creativity and elevate your skills. Options include a Little Chefs culinary series for kids and a recurring Secrets of BBQ class with Deer Valley Chef Ryan Arensdorf that includes tips on prepping Kansas City-style brisket, burnt ends, sauces, and dry rubs and lunch with a wine or local beer pairing.
On July 25, raise a glass as you explore Bubbles Around the World. Brad Jensen, founder of Bon Vivant Imports, takes you on a journey through the world of sparkling wines that showcases a thoughtfully curated selection of sparkling wines from the elegance of Champagne to prosecco and cava. This is a 21+ class.
Then on August 30, take a sous vide workshop to learn how to create perfectly cooked meats, seafood, and vegetables with restaurant-quality results. The class will cover seasoning, sealing, temperature control, safety, and finishing techniques so you can confidently bring this modern, foolproof method into your own kitchen.

Chef’s Table Festival
August 13-16
Over the course of four days, guests can curate their own gastronomic adventure through Chef’s Table Festival. Experiences include visiting chef pop-ups at Park City’s best restaurants for special, one-time-only lunches and dinners with unparalleled access to the world’s best chefs and culinary demonstrations featuring up-close demonstrations, insightful panel discussions, and exclusive tastings with world-class chefs. This is the chance to share unforgettable experiences against Park City’s stunning backdrop.
For the best selection of events and chefs, it’s recommended that tickets are purchased before July 1. Then, in early July, guests will be invited to share their top 6 chef selections. Chef’s Table Concierge will then design a weekend itinerary tailored to each ticket package.
Additionally, in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, Chef’s Table and America250 are debuting the official America250 Cookbook and the Americana Dinner Series to honor the richness and diversity of American cuisine and the landscapes and communities that shape it.

Midway Swiss Days
September 4-5
Midway’s annual Swiss Days Festival draws tens of thousands of attendees over two days. The event includes a 10K race, chuckwagon breakfast, parade, live entertainment on two stages, and market including food booths. If you have a pure Swiss breed dog (Greater Swiss, Bernese, St. Bernard), you can join the Sennenhund March in the parade.
