Kudos to Jay Werther for his column in The Park Record, “When progress leaves older residents behind.”
Mr. Werther’s focus may have been Park City’s older residents when in reality he captured the difficulties America’s seniors are facing in today’s digital world, and I thank him.
Difficult enough for the aged to deal with a litany of health issues. Now pile on the difficulties they face living in a digital world that is foreign to them.
We can only hope that those with the power to make pivotal changes will do so and correct this dangerous pathway of excluding seniors from society.
