Starting Monday, Aug. 5, through Thursday, Aug. 8, Utah Department of Transportation will close Guardsman Pass between Winter Gate and Pass Overlook for repaving.
This closure is for Phase 2 of the S.R. 190 Pavement Preservation project. This closure will have the same restrictions and impacts as Phase 1, with no turnarounds or trailers allowed on Guardsman Pass Road.
Traffic, including bicyclists, will be detoured during this work.
The road should be able to open on Friday, Aug. 9.
