The Park City Police Department on Thursday released a sketch of a suspect the police are seeking in connection with a fight in early February.
Detective Mary Ford said about five people were having a snowball fight on the 800 block of Main Street, nearby the Town Lift on Feb. 4. The suspect jumped on another man, punching him several times in the face, Ford said.
The victim told the police that he does not know the suspect and was unsure what prompted the attack. Ford said the victim, a 21-year-old Park City man, suffered “serious facial injuries.”
He was taken to the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Ford said.
The suspect fled. The police describe him as being 6 feet 2 inches tall and 180 pounds. He has broad shoulders and short, dark hair that is spiked, Ford said.
He was wearing a red and dark blue rugby-style shirt, she said.
The police are investigating the case as a felony aggravated assault.
