Park City Filmmakers Showcase
Local filmmaker Jill Orschel and the Park City Film Series present the fourth annual Park City Filmmakers Showcase on Thursday, Nov. 12, at 7 p.m. at the Jim Santy Auditorium. Harvest Dinner fundraiser
Join Spruce Restaurant at the Dakota Mountain Lodge on Thursday, Nov. 12, for a Slow Food Farmers Dinner highlighting local artisinal and seasonal products. Chef Mark Sullivan will craft seasonal dishes based upon an abundance of the farmers’ ingredients. Diners will experience the true farm-to-table experience by rubbing elbows and dining with the farmers themselves. A cocktail reception begins at 6 p.m. and dinner starts at 6:30. Ecker Hill presents “The Fiddler on the Roof”
Support local students in Ecker Hill International Middle School’s production of “Fiddler on the Roof.” Performances are Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 12-14. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $4 for students, $5 for adults and $15 for a family of four and may be purchased at the door.
“Tom Sawyer” at the Egyptian Theatre
The Egyptian Theatre hosts Resonance Story Theatre’s production of “Tom Sawyer.” Resonance Story Theatre is a traveling theatre troupe that was founded by former Park City resident Wendy Gourley. Show times are Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 12-14, at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance, $13 at the door and $15 for cabaret seating. Bid for a Miracle fundraiser
Join Park City’s Marriott Vacation Clubs in supporting the Children’s Miracle Network on Saturday, Nov. 14, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Butcher’s Chop House & Bar, 751 Main St. The event will feature a silent auction with items including hotel stays, snow mobile excursions, gym memberships, lift tickets, gift baskets, restaurant gift certificates, ski demos and housewares.
